I would have given 5 stars uo until this past week when i took my son to get his teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist as if I wanted to add fluoride and I asked if it was covered by my insurance and she said yes, kids are covered but adults would pay $67. I said oh then yes please. I go to check out and the lady was like oh you just owe for the fluoride and I said no I do not, I was told it was covered. She said oh yeah he got the one limit in April so you have to pay for this and I said absolutely not, because I asked and I was told it was covered. I am not paying for your mistake! She calls over what I am assuming was an office manager and he said we'll ma'am you gotta pay for this because you are clearly not a child! And I was like, clearly!! So she had to help him understand it was for my son from a few days prior. Long story short I paid my $ 19 that was my out of pocket and thought that was the end of that. TODAY I GET AN EMAIL from my insurance company stating they denied this claim again, and which they should because it was not their mistake. Dental works, you know what happened ask the dental hygienist and she will tell you what she told me. Do the right thing. Don't add on extras and think I will not question these extra charges.

Two years back I brought my Grandmother here for a dental check-up as she was having trouble with her teeth. To help her with the process I put all everything down with my contact information, e-mail and phone number. My grandmother has since passed, but I still receive Text Messages and E-mails with a warm greeting to her name, saying she should come back for an appointment. I tried calling DentalWorks to have my contact information removed. The person receiving my call couldn't, or refused to, understand that my contact information was on her file. For all my troubles the e-mails have since doubled. I blocked the phone number and the e-mails, but anytime I check my spam for something important I see a stream of e-mails with her name and I miss her all over again.

Pathetic service... Seems like they just want to make money without doing any work or providing proper customer service. They quoted $250 for xray during annual check up outside of insurance and then when we really challenged they changed it to say, we can do 2 x rays free. Where is the logic? Nobody knows anything about customer service and We can't understand what Dr is speaking.Never ever again this place..!

I was told after I showed up for the appointment that the doctor was not there and it would just be a teeth cleaning. I was going to try to make my next appointment for six months but was not even offered a slot. I was dismissed without even a check out. I have been going to this clinic since 2015 and I feel like I need to change dentists. It is extremely hard to call in and get a hold of anyone at the office. there is a very low consideration for the patient at this office in my experience over the last two years. It didn’t used to be like that.
