Vanessa was super nice and very helpful in navigating through our new insurance. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me on my first call and I was so thankful for her. The surgeon was patient and explained everything to my husband as he went along with the procedure. He was very thorough and didn't take very long. We will definitely be back for any future issues.

I had my first visit here today and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Freeman explained the course of treatment and took his time to be sure I understood everything. My hygienist, Arnisha, was perfect. Pleasant, efficient, and sensitive about my comfort during the procedure. All charges were explained before the work started, factoring in what my insurance would likely cover. A very professional experience all around.

I am Bob's wife and I want you to know that he has been totally pain-free after his tooth was removed on Friday. He's been eating soft food and being careful about food that's too hot - but other than that, life has been normal and fine. You all are terrific and I want thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness....and, of course, gentleness. And, for taking the time to talk to us and answer questions. In addition, your colleagues at the front desk are outstanding, as well, and patient. Many thanks for your time and your patience....with your patient.

Had my first appointment March 2021. Extremely friendly and welcoming; everything felt clean and safe with the pandemic. Technicians and Dr. Freeman were all personable and extremely helpful. I appreciated that Dr. Freeman gave me a low-cost approach to trying to fix my toothache (buying over-the-counter sensitivity toothpaste) rather than automatically jumping to a more intense procedure. Felt very trustworthy and I will be looking forward to going back. Thanks!
