Just spoke with Jodi who was pretty rude and nasty. I asked her a simple question about whether or not they accepted Husky insurance and her answer was “No we don’t accept Husky and Husky doesn’t pay for Peri!!” Jodi you don’t need to work with customers because your are very unprofessional and one of the worst customer service reps I’ve ever experienced in my life. I hope you don’t treat other new prospective customers like me. SMH

Dr Tarasuk and the staff are amazing! I was so nervous about having to have gum graphing done on three of my teeth. Not only did Dr Tarasuk do an amazing job but he was kind and very attentive to my needs! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Not very good at setting appointments. They should have more employees to allow more availability for those who can't go to the one in Meriden, CT. This one in Waterbury is only available on Monday and Thursday. Even if they claim for being great against gum disease, I feel very disappointed and frustrated for not being able to get there.
