We love dental defenders my 3 year old son thinks he’s in an amusement park when we are waiting for the dentist. He loves taking pictures and loves running around. The staff is very understanding of his needs and have always been very kind and sweet. We will continue to use Dental Defenders and I highly recommend them.

I went to this place back in November 2024 because my original dentist rescheduled me in here for wisdom tooth extractions. The lady at the front desk was nice and so was the lady who took me to the back and explain everything to me. The person who did my procedure wasn’t what I expected and he was being so rough. He started numbing me on my right side and everything was okay but when he numbed me on my left side it’s like he hit a nerve or something because it hurt so badly I began to cry. I was panicking so badly I started shaking in the chair and was just telling him to stop. He wanted to get finished and remove all 4 wisdoms as was requested but I said no and he ended up just removing 1 and told me to schedule with another surgeon at another place that will and can put me to sleep..After that the next day I had a big bruise on the right side of my face that stayed for 3 weeks. The pain after just having 1 wisdom tooth removed was the worse and it seems like he didn’t know what he was doing. To this day my jaw and my gum on my right side still hurts none stop. I can’t move my mouth any kind of way without it hurting nor can I eat on that side still. I can’t even brush properly on that side because it still hurts and it’s almost been 2 months.. The pain pills only help for the moment and my gum still not healed or even acted like it was going to.. I’m changing my dentist and will never go back to them or the people they partner with.
