New patients should be concerned how this offices billing department works. Received a phone call from a collections agency stating I owed for a bill from this office. After I’ve never received a bill from them. When I called they informed me they email their bills!? I never received any bills from them even by email. My service was not done properly and wasn’t working like it was supposed to. Which was also a really concerning situation besides the bill. Still waiting on a phone call from the dentist to discuss this issue. Since the billing department can’t figure it out.

After receiving excellent care at another facility, I am reassured that my awful experience here last year was truly unnecessary.No one should have to endure a procedure without proper numbing/pain management.I tried to just endure it as long as I could.Unsuccessful numbing should have warranted other options which were not offered when I asked , or simply refer me elsewhere.Unfortunately, I have now joined the dental anxiety club from this experience alone.Edit to add : when staff did a call follow up with me and I explained I had an unpleasant experience , they simply said “ok” and ended the call.Positives- The front staff were kind and informative . Facility was clean.

A beautiful office! The staff was very welcoming and nice. They did a wonderful job on the procedure that I had done. I highly recommend this dental office.

Wife went in for cleaning, look at a chipped tooth and receding gum line by a crown. Came out with a 4000 dollar bill for Invisalign telling her it would fix everything, Bill included retainer. Well it fixed none of it. Went to get a retainer and they said it’s another 600$. Went in today to pick up retainer, cleaned her teeth, tried to give her 4 fillings which appeared out of thin air and gave her another 600$ Bill because insurance didn’t cover her last cleaning or this one and they didn’t tell us ahead of time. This place is just a used car dealership for dental care. Find somewhere else, they only care about upselling and not what you actually need.
