My experience with the staff has been one of extreme courteousness and compassion for patients of varying ages. Dr Pedley’s attention to detail/patient care during the dental implant process placement is very helpful and reassuring. Staff and Dr Pedley show that they care in making what some may see as an inconvenience as a convenient experience.

I was referred to Dr. Pedley’s office by a colleague after sharing my difficulty in finding a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients—especially those like me who have anxiety about dental work, even routine cleanings. From the very beginning, Dr. Pedley’s staff was amazing. They were friendly, professional, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.I underwent a deep cleaning (scaling) and had some fillings done, and it was the most relaxed dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve always avoided going to the dentist because of my anxiety and tooth sensitivity, but Dr. Pedley and his team made a world of difference.I’m so thankful to have finally found a dentist who prioritizes patient comfort and care. Dr. Pedley is gentle, thorough, and never rushes through procedures. From numbing to the completion of my treatments, everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.During my initial consultation, Dr. Pedley explained my treatment plan step by step, ensuring I felt informed and confident. First time appt was a walk-in. They let me know ahead of time there might be a short wait. I think I only waited about 20minutes. Doctor saw me soon after my X-rays were done and gave me great options on how to proceed. No complaints about my visit. Ladies at reception were very nice. Everyone there was very nice actually.
