I have been going to Dr. Giannone for a little over a year. I have been to many dentists but Dr. Giannone has been the best. He is accurate, takes his time to talk to you and is always open to questions. I used to be afraid of the dentist. Not anymore. The girls in the office are amazing. They are friendly, polite and very accomodating. So happy to have find this dental office.

Dr G is very thorough and makes a nervous trip to the dentist a comfortable at home feeling. I highly recommend anyone to come here. He’s very gentle and truly cares for his patients. His staff also makes sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. Thank you so much Doctor G.

WOW what an amazing dentist... I was in extreme pain and I had to get a root canal in Riverhead, afterwards I came to him and he sat down with me and we talked face to face about dental options. The receptionists are amazing and very accomidating. Dr. Giannone told me all I needed was a filling to cap it off, performed it that day and was very gentle and even funny. Normally I hate the dentist but it was such a pleasant experience I want to make an appointment just to go back again.

David Giannone does not know what he is doing when it comes to routine fillings and he has caused me serious jaw pain for the past several months or so. I went in for fillings one day and came back a few weeks later to have some other teeth filled, I complained to him that the teeth he filled before were in serious pain all the time so he decided to give my teeth another cleaning and see what was wrong. He shaved down several other teeth that were not even filled by him and altered my bite. I have to close my jaw twice as hard as I did before in order to completely close and it hurts so much, my jaw also closes at a different angle than it did before and I find myself accidentally jamming my teeth into eachother while I'm chewing causing a lot more pain in addition to it passively hurting. During this appointment I did not get totally numb for a very long time and he drilled into my teeth while aware that I was not completely numb. He drilled into and filled one tooth but only stopped after drilling into one other tooth, he didn't fill it. He got incredibly, unprofessionally angry with me and went into the lobby to yell at my father because of this. I would rather let all of my teeth rot out of my mouth than give Giannone another visit.
