I had a broken tooth, and due to being on immunotherapy for cancer treatments, My general dentist referred me to Dr Broccoli at the Chester office.Dr Broccoli and his assistant were great together. I was so nervous, but they talked me through everything. My tooth broke into pieces, but he was able to remove all pieces, absolutely NO pain at all. It's the next morning now and I don't even feel like a tooth as removed. Still no pain.This was a great experience for me at the dentist. Dr Broccoli and his staff made my visit more at ease. I'll definitely recommend them.Dr Broccoli and assistant were both pleasant with great bedside manner. answered all questions and concerns. Front office and billing were all very pleasant. Excellent work!The wait time was very minimal.

When I arrived for my appointment, the lady at the front desk took a while to acknowledge I was standing there. She had her head buried in the paperwork in front of her. I wish she would have been a little more courteous. Aside from that, Dr. Broccoli and his assistant Christina were both OUTSTANDING! I had to have two extractions. I freaked out a little and they were still both very patient AND accomodating. They answered all questions I had in an easy to understand fashion. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I was thrilled with all the work Dr. Kaplan did on my implant. I have a great fear of all dental work. She made sure I was at ease and comfortable during the process. I'm definitely a Dr Kaplan fan! From the front desk personnel to Christina my SPLENDID helper and the equally SPLENDID Dr. Lauren Kaplan they made an unpleasant experience ( for me) a breeze!! They are the BEST!!Thanks all involved in making the visit comfortable and pleasant.
