I went in for what was a normal filling. They did the filling and immediately after leaving I felt pain the first time I ate. It was a sharp pain like an exposed nerve or something. My wife called several times to get back in and after calling several times they answered and had me come back in. All they did was shave the filling down and I knew it wasn’t going to fix my issue. I was super upset with the lack of professionalism and not taking my pain into consideration. They were proceeding to gaslight me when I addressed my concerns, saying it’s “normal”. Dr. Sorenson said to give it a chance and some people have pain after fillings and didn’t really seem to care about my pain.After a couple weeks of more pain, I was finally able to get into another local practice. When the doctor examined my tooth and took X-rays, he quickly realized there was a void between the tooth and the filling. This is what was causing pain. He also said the filling was not even composited to the tooth. After I had the tooth fixed at the new practice it was instant relief.I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer care, communication, and overall work at Clarksville dental care.
