She then proceeded to state that she would give me referrals to another pediatric dentist that will allow me to sit in the room with my daughter then stated she doesn’t give referrals as conversation went on. Strike TWO! I then asked for a copy for my daughters chart which had 10 pages inside of it. I was told by one of her dental assistants that I could not get copies of my daughters chart, at ALL! Later to be told by Linda that I could get a copy but at a price of 25 dollars per page! Strike THREE! I had enough by then! Linda has no children of her own and doesn’t understand a parent point of view, please be mindful of this. She stated that she’s been in her profession for 20 years and honestly I don’t how. Please be aware ? This Dentistry doesn’t deserve any stars at all. Just a sad case but to each it’s own!"
