I can't recommend Lina highly enough! She has transformed my smile and made the entire orthodontic process so much more enjoyable. Her expertise, attention to detail, and gentle approach made my appointment a positive experience. She took the time to explain each step and was genuinely invested in my progress.Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been less than satisfactory. While they’re friendly enough, I found the scheduling process to be quite disorganized. I faced several issues with appointment confirmations and had to wait longer than expected for assistance. It seems they could benefit from better communication and organization to match the excellent care provided by Lina.

They sent us two separate confirmation texts. One indicated a 1:00 appointment, and the latest text said “see you at 1:45.” So we arrived at 1:50 due to road work. By the time the receptionist had gotten off the phone, we were past the 10 minute mark, which is their cut off for being late. We were there though! One receptionist was on the phone and the other receptionist was helping someone else. They rudely turned my son away who has a cavity that needs to be filled. Even though we were in the building five minutes late, they didn’t get to us until 13 minutes had passed. I’m actually not disappointed that he is not a patient there after how rude they were.

Lina was very friendly and knowledgeable assistant. Very patient and easy going with my son. Made his appointment very enjoyable. He looks forward to seeing her again!

Lina was the one who changed my braces and she did an amazing job. Very friendly and the process was smooth. She consistently asked if everything was good which I loved.

Our family has been going to children and family dentistry for past three years and their service has been exceptional. Initially there was a big elapsed time between appointment time and actual time of action but in the past year the elapsed time has come down significantly.
