I had a horrible experience at this dental office.First, I did not have a proper cleaning with a hygienist - rather, the dental assistant “polished” my teeth, then the dentist came in and used the ultrasonic for about 1 minute. The dental assistant could barely work the foot pedal during the polishing and it was obvious she had little to no training.Second, the dentist told me I needed 5 fillings. When I got a second opinion with a trusted dentist, I was told I didn’t need any.This office is clearly willing to cut any and all corners to make money. Do not trust them with your dental care.

Dentist, Stephanie Jones did ok work but then put the wrong code down on the insurance form making it easy for the insurance company to deny the claim. After 4 months of calling to have the mistake remedied there has been no progress as the local and head office are amazingly consistent in never doing what they say they will do and the dentist herself won't come to the phone or return a call. The dentist was shown a broken piece of enamel from a broken tooth but instead wrote that she replaced a filling on the tooth. Replacement fillings are not covered by the insurance company. I don't know why anyone would go to this dental practice, even for a cleaning. They aggressively push you to have unnecessary X-rays, even when you present them with recent ones (like our brains need more harmful radiation). And there is no plumbing near the dental chair so you can't properly rinse. You end up swallowing all the nasty stuff they are applying and/or removing from your mouth. Whatever you do; don't pay out of pocket at this joint! Worst dental experience in 46 years!
