Very professional ! They completed a root canal and I am very happy with the service. We even discussed implants and I have to say, the price quoted was the lowest I have seen so far. Highly recommended and great addition to Vernon / Ellington community!

My only experience is parking in the driveway of Charter Oak. A two car accident happened one driveway down and I couldn't park at the establishment I was going to since the emergency vehicles blocked the entrance. The dental office did not appear to be open at that time had it been I wouldn't have parked there. After returning to my car I was greeted with a computer generated note in bold letters underlined with an exclamation mark telling me it was for Charter Oak Dental only. Funny a sign was not posted on the property and obviously Charter Oak, referring to the state tree, is not a representation of this state. I apologize for any inconvenience and stress this may have caused you. I appreciate your understanding. Life is to short.

Worst place ever!!!! The dentist was rude and condescending. Couldn't get in touch with them because nobody would answer the phone and their voice mail was full. Still waiting for dentures to come in and it has been over 3 months.
