Terrible service. I called to change appointment and also ask the receptionist for a doctor call back for lab order and she won't do it. She stubbornly resist and when I ask to speak with a nurse, she was hesitant. I called to ask for an annual physical and also the lab order prior to the visit. She refused to ask for me. What kind of Mickey Mouse place is this?This was not the only time I have difficulties with the administration. They are rude and unprofessional.

Clean facility, no wait time, Dr.Kim did my extraction and I didn't even know that my tooth was extracted..... His assistant was very pleasant. I got my tooth pulled Thursday and back to myself on Friday.... I'm sold and will continue with Dr. Kim as my new dentist.
