This practice does fine care, but the following issues for our experience are:-you must pay out of pocket up front. They have recently begun submitting charges for you, which is an improvement, but you still must be prepared to pay up front and wait for reimbursement.I have found the provider “springs” things on us without preparation:-last year’s annual visit that fell on Halloween. The provider insisted that a loose tooth had to come out “today”. They didn’t remove it and when I tried, my daughter cried. We enjoyed Halloween and then my daughter worked it herself a couple days until it came out. I’m unaware of any negative issues related to the tooth coming out a couple days later.-Today, they springed X-Rays and a panoramic for my teen. They could have predicted all of this and communicated it to me ahead of the appointment. They said multiple times, “it’s been 8 years since we’ve done this!” As if it were a surprise to them-I was asked if it was ok to do a panoramic x-ray for my son since it “hadn’t been done in 6 years” . No rationale provided. Me: sure? I’m trusting the professionals-I pay $1000.00 + for my kids’ dental treatment-I get chased down the hallway by the dentist after I have left and paid $1000.00 to tell me my teenage son should get his wisdom teeth removedThe professionalism and communication need to tighten up.
