Their Ortho team is rude, unprofessional and unsanitary. The orthodontist that has been seeing my daughter doesn't even say hello to any of us or check in on how she's doing. Completely silent. Just opens her mouth and leaves. As for his assistance, they are even worse. My daughter and I were looking at the rubber band colors because they were in a plastic box placed on the side of her bed. We were not touching them. Our hands were nowhere near them. We were just looking at the colors. This person comes over and says do not touch them. Only look and so we said yes. We understand that's what we're doing then proceeds to tell her to sit down in a rude manner. Then he asks her okay pick a collar. You need to decide quickly so she picks and after telling us to make sure not to touch anything, he goes and grabs her rubber bands with his bare hands. After touching somebody's mouth cast right before seeing us and then walks away to grab other supplies. Meanwhile, when he gets gloves after this he drops them on the floor and then puts them back on. After this the orthodontist came back in in which I told him what had occurred and so he didn't say anything again. Just threw away the rubber bands that were contaminated and grab new ones. For the amount of money I am paying for the braces, I expect at least some bedside manner as well as sanitary conditions. It is a shame that they don't have a solid team at this location and my daughter has several more years continue to come to this dentist every month to have her rubber bands adjusted.

Nevin Georgey the dental hygienist is the best , she did a great job on my full mouth cleaning. I highly recommend her deep cleaning done with no pain . Dr Pegah is always nice and do very good job every visit I come .
