Don’t come this office. Today very bad experience. Front desk asked pay copay first. Cleaning female staff worked with attitude. Later one female named Amber said no more service let me go. Amber said she is the manager. She came with security guy. Be honest I am a health care provider too. I don’t yell and very quiet. I am quiet all the time because also I got law training a few years. Not good choice for dental appointment. Not professional at all. Should not get any star!!!More: A couple months ago, dentist Sara gave me a temporary crown first but one night broken. Called office and Sara don’t care. She doesn’t care about patients and customers. Sara only cares about money.

STUDENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS BEWARE. IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD. Manipulative staff. Definitely have to do a thorough check of all payments and get everything they “claim” to do in writing!!! Came here due to my tooth hurting and spoke with Rebecca and other office members on the phone. I had expressed to her that I needed to find somewhere where my insurance is taken as I could not afford to pay out of pocket which was communicated multiple times on the phone and in person during the consultation.Next day I come back with no knowledge of paying out of pocket, as they numbed me and proceed to start operating an office lady comes in different from whom I spoke with bringing a paper with the out of pocket balance asking me to sign it as I am on the bed with my whole mouth numb. I could barely speak and felt so overwhelmed and manipulated into signing this paper which I had NO knowledge of prior and was NOT told until after I was already being worked on!!!! Doctor didn’t even fill my entire cavity and my tooth still hurts and they won’t stop mailing me the bill threatening to contact their claim agent. Ridiculous to even mention.As a student this was by far the worst dental experience I’ve had.This has made me terrified to ever contact another dentist again. I was left with my tooth still hurting. EXTREME lack of professionalism from this place and no sort of empathy or communication honestly.

I had the greatest experience with specifically the dental hygienist / dentist that took care of my teeth this week! Gigi or Mimi? I sadly don’t remember exactly but she was incredibly thorough, gentle, and clearly knew what she was doing!
