By far worst treatment I have ever had by front end staff and office director. Dentist and assistant were great. I was told verbatim by the office director “You SNUCK your way into scheduling and you are even LUCKY I am allowing you to be seen today” is what her secretary stated, as she proceeded to laugh. Things happen, sometimes we’re human and make mistakes. I will never recommend this place unless you’re ok with constant snarky attitudes, degrading and made to feel awful by the end of a visit. You can HARDLY get anyone on text let alone on the phone. They are not THAT busy. I have watched and observed, phone will ring they silence the call. Put you on hold and forget about you, or if call is dropped they just brush it off. Extremely sad this is the ONLY Medicaid covered dental office within reasonable mileage. Know better, DO BETTER!

Our Dental Hygienist (works Fridays only) - is by far the best, personable -- and remembers you. I schedule all my future appointments around her!!!
