Love coming to DR TANG, she is very nice and friendly. My family goes to her because how she treats everybody with respect and honor. She also treated my 17 years old special needs daughter with patience and with respect. Her staff is also very friendly and respectful. She is not a doctor/dentist who say that this seats cost money by every minute. I highly recommend her to my other family and friends with no hassitation. I really appreciate Dr Smith's conscientious help. He is taking all the time it needs for my teeth to fully straighten and align, using both the Invisalign trays and braces. I'm not done yet, but I feel reassured that the end results will be but completely satisfactory 👌His assistants are also very kind. They took me in, without previous appointments, a couple times to help make things more comfortable in my mouth.It has been a slow but sure process, very worth the money I paid. Of course, I thankfully cooperate for the best outcomes 🙏

It was a delightful experience at Bridgeport Richmond Dentist for the past one and half year. All the staff at the clinic were very pleasing and friendly. Dr. Geoff Smith, the orthodontist, is a real professional. He attended carefully throughout my Invisalign procedure. The results were excellent.

During the visit, the dentist assured me that the problematic tooth could be extracted successfully. However, the process went far from smoothly:1. Inadequate Pain Management:The initial anesthesia administered was insufficient, resulting in severe pain during the first attempt at the extraction. Additional anesthesia had to be administered only after I expressed the unbearable discomfort.2. Prolonged and Ineffective Procedure:Over the course of more than 30 minutes, I endured repeated attempts to remove the tooth, including hammering, pulling, and drilling. Despite this, the dentist ultimately informed me that the extraction could not be completed and must be postponed to another day.3. Post-Treatment Condition:The procedure has left me with a swollen face and an injured corner of my mouth. I am now experiencing significant tooth pain and general discomfort, which have severely impacted my well-being.4. Additional Costs and Inconvenience:I was prescribed additional medication to manage the pain, incurring extra expenses. On top of the physical and emotional strain, I am now left with the burden of scheduling another appointment and enduring further discomfort until this matter is resolved.This experience was unacceptable and has caused unnecessary pain, stress, and financial burden！
