They are very friendly, but this place seems to need a lot of training. During the treatment, they wore gloves but still touch the cell phone, and the treatment started without all the tools prepared. There was no communication between the doctor and the assistant, so the treatment was carried out without knowing exactly what was being treated.The cleaning was done in less than 2 minutes and I was only able to enter the office 40 minutes after my appointment time, taking a total of 1.5 hours to leave the office.When I left the office, I looked at the bill and there was a bill for treatment that had not been received properly, and I said I would contact my insurance. And obviously, the insurance said it was a bilingual dentist, but I don't know why the doctor didn't even try because she wasn't fluent, and this visit was the worst.Again, their demeanor seems great and friendly but there is a serious lack of professionalism.

Waited 45 minutes. Took 2 people back that came in after me. Tech was to rough with xray. I jumped, pulled xray out and told her she cut my lip. No apology but went up front stating I yelled at her. They never do a good job cleaning my teeth leaving plaque. I've showed them plaque areas and they still don't remove it. I left without cleaning. I will never go back.

This was our first time at this Dentist and I was very pleased with our visit. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, all the work that was done or needed to be done and cost associated was explained ahead of time to me. I think we’ve found a good home at this dentist.

Came to Brident Dental for a check up and deep cleaning. Danielle was amazing! She helped me out with everything and answered every question I had about my cleaning, the prices, and insurance.
