My father and I were both patients and both services by Gisela were awful and disregarded. My fathers cardiac referral was not placed. When he tried calling to check for an update they kept hanging up on him. When asked to speak with management I was only given managers name “Ingrid” and was told to call back as she was unavailable. When I became a patient my stomach concerns went under addressed and was given over the counter medication that I told her I had already taken and did not work. I spent cash on an appointment and medication I was already giving myself. I went to ER and it smelled like urine but I was assisted better there and was actually taken care of. When called office many times to speak with manager over my situation I was told every time she was unavailable and would call me back. This has been since 2023 that I’ve been waiting for a call back. Please don’t copy and paste the same message to me giving me corporates number as I can see from other reviews nothing will be done nor changed in the office. I just wanted to share my experience."
