My daughter heard her brother in so much pain in the lobby along with another client. My son felt every single pull of his tooth!!! She should have stopped when he was in that much pain. I literally thought he would pass out!! She doesn't care!!!! No child of mine years old should ever encounter that extreme pain and she let it happen!!!! When I had a bad tooth she declined me saying she could break my jaw, my childhood dentist said it wasn't possible. Do not trust her!!!! She's only there to get the job done and move on. Don't take your kids to Birchwood!! You and your child will be traumatized as we are now." This review raises serious concerns about patient pain management and communication.

On communication with the office manager, I got a primer on the financial authorization I signed and EOBs and such, which again I completely understand, but I chose Birchwood because of the family feel of the practice and am so saddened to realize that you are just another patient that is part of the practice's machine."
