100% recommend this office!!All of the staff are so welcoming, patient, and kind. My daughter has history with medical trauma and she is very anxious and scared when meeting new doctors or having new procedures done. Dr. Harel and her team went above & beyond to make her comfortable, and even called me later on to discuss somethings without my daughter in ear shot. The office staff spent ample time explaining the treatment plans and billing. My family & I are very happy to have found Bilous Orthodontics!

The staff are wonderful and our felt comfortable and safe. Our older son went there for his braces in his teens and we loved their service and that’s why his brother is going there.

My first visit here with my daughter was great. The medical staff was very accommodating to her disability. I didn't feel like we were being talked down to and my concerns were heard. Dr was very thorough and careful with the plan she made for us. The office staff was also very organized, professional, and understanding of our circumstances. Looking forward to continuing services here for my daughter.

Very well-run office, as a first-timer I was impressed. Really felt like my provider, Dr. Amy Harel, listened carefully, created a clear action plan, and was sensitive to my medical needs as well as my budget. I feel like I’m in good hands. Also very appreciative that everyone addressed me by my preferred name — which I’ve been called all my life — vs my formal first name, which is only used when I’m in trouble!

From the Ladies at the front desk, to the orthodontist in the exam room, they were all amazing. So caring, super nice, and informative. They made my 9 year old who was very nervous about her appointment super comfortable, and they helped my toddler sit still with a glove balloon! Excited to work with them to get my daughters teeth corrected!
