Saw Wendy at Bethel Gentle Dental today and my teeth arebeautiful again for another six months. She is so thorough,gentle and personable. Dr. Ken came and did his check when Wendy was finished and I was good to go. A pleasure all around to go to this practice.

I had a 2 hour new customer appointment today with the hygienist Wendy. She was great - professional and obviously enjoying her job.Her relaxed but professional way kept me at ease - and I am not usually good at the dentist.

I am very disappointed with Bethel Gentle Dental. I was a patient at one time but I have been ill for the last 5-1/2 years. I called this week as one of my teeth broke. I explained that I was a previous patient but had not been there for a while. I also explained I had no dental insurance. The woman on the phone was not very pleasant when I said I had no insurance and said it would be $190.00 to see what was wrong and 1 X-ray. I am a senior citizen and live on SS. She said sorry but the visit was $190.00. I will never recommend them to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC Dental office!! To begin with way to expensive! They always find something that needs to be done! Dr. Ken has no care for how much pain his patient's are in!! He fixed an "old" filling. A year later tooth was killing me. He said I needed a Root Canal. Drilled out the tooth. Left a huge hole in it. 8 days later it broke! (on a Friday)Ken told me to fill it myself and call him on Monday. Came in Monday to hear Ken say "yes, it's broke" Scheduled me to come back on Tuesday to tell me "I'm just gonna determine how bad it is!" Then we will have to schedule the repair!!! I've been in pain for a month! Broken tooth for 4 days now! And they want me to continue to wait to fix it!! Time for a new Dentist! If I could give a 0 star I would!!!!
