Nice facility. Bad experience.Generally this seems to be a challenging workplace, there's tension, confrontation, venting and complaining. I never noticed the workplace culture of a dentist office before but I prefer that it be opaque to me as a patient. It made me uncomfortable enough that I dreaded going after the first visit.Which was problematic to schedule. I got a notification for a date/time that I never would have agreed to via text for my first appointment and had to reschedule it on the day of.Then the treatment plan and work by Barr was questionable. I suspect the treatment plan will be borne out in the second opinion as excessive. The work didn't meet expectations. The cavities were overfilled and caused discomfort upon biting but after some of the filling fell out the work caused less discomfort. It was clear that there wasn't enough time allotted to completed the scheduled work and the finishing work for the fillings was sloppy and rushed. They said come back if it causes you any problems, then the next several appointment attempt were unsuccessful. I'd advise that they try harder to get it right the first time.The final issue was that the follow up appointment for more fillings was not added to their schedule. I kept the text exchange confirming the appointment handy because I suspected that the appointment was yet again scheduled incorrectly. I'll find another dentist soon in anticipation that the rest of the fillings will fall out and be grateful that this business couldn't get it together enough to complete more problematic dental work.

I'm so glad I was given a recommendation to go here! The entire staff is so friendly and personable! They make you feel right at home. They've been quick to respond and quick to get me in for some follow-ups I needed. I wish I could remember everyone's names I've had the pleasure of working with so far because they all deserve a shout-out! Dental work is never fun, but I can at least enjoy the environment and people there. I highly recommend going here!
