Review for Dr. Nasrin Saba⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Dr. Nasrin Saba for a dental check-up and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I switched to Bank Street Dentistry when the pandemic began. During this time, I was in so much pain and required a root canal. My previous dentist was not around when I needed them the most and they failed to remain punctual around that same time period. Kathy, the kindest receptionist, greeted me and set me up for a quick emergency appointment that resulted in the relief of pain and a partial root canal procedure. Payment options were generously flexible. It didn’t take me very long to desire to switch dentists, and so I did.All the staff, including the hygienist and dentist, were very professional, not just in their physical appearance, but with their process of welcoming in patients and performing services. Dr. Saba is incredibly kind and professional, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked into her office. She took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions with patience and clarity.The office staff were also very friendly and efficient, ensuring that my appointment started on time. The clinic itself is clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.I highly recommend Dr. Saba to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist in Ottawa. She truly cares about her patients and provides top-notch dental care.

I have been going to see Dr. Saba, took my husband and my parents there and recommended this place to many of our friends for the last seven years (since 2011) Dr. Saba has treated all of us for things of different complexity and magnitude, but the result is always the same - Awesome! Never thought I would say that about a dental experience :) And I absolutely believe that my review would help people find the best dentist in Ottawa.

My family's experience with Bank Street Dentistry has been great. Our appointments are always on time and the staff are very friendly. I have recommended Dr. Saba and her team to many of my friends and coworkers!Recently, my son lost a tooth playing hockey. My wife is very squeamish with teeth, so looks like I was on dentist duty! I called Dr. Saba and she took great care of him. She explained our different options and my son's comfort was always her first priority. Thank you Dr. Saba for turning our minor dental nightmare into a positive experience!

Dr. Saba is by far the most professional and caring dentist I have ever been to. Whether it's been taking care of regular appointments or taking care of cavities or other emergencies, Dr. Saba makes going the dentist an actually enjoyable experience. I've switched between a few dentists in the past, and I can say without any hesitation that I won't be looking to switch ever again. Thank you Dr. Saba! Bank Street Dentistry is amazing! They didn't hurt me at all! To be honest I'm actually afraid of going to the dentists, but Dr. Saba helped me calm down, comforted me and said that it was going to be okay. I'm definitely going back their for my next checkup!
