I scheduled a cleaning an exam as a new patient back at the beginning of the month and filled out the paperwork online with my insurance info right after scheduling. Three weeks later, I go to my appointment. They only do x-rays and charge me half of the bill which should have been covered 100% because they are in network with my insurance company. They were listed in my insurance company's directory. They had over two weeks to figure out my plan, and failed to tell me that they were not going to do my cleaning. The staff were very friendly though and the dentist does know what he's doing.Update: I was able to work out the discrepancy with my coverage. The office staff was very diligent to investigate my contention. They were very gracious about it.
