Dr.Smith, her dental work is amazing.She can read body language very well. She knows how to deal with a very anxious patient with an anxiety disorder.She could tell when I was scared when I wasn't even speaking and reassured me.She has an amazing staff that truly go above and beyond.I'm so sorry I'm referring to her like this but the blonde dental assistant held my hand while Dr.Smith did her work so I wouldn't be as scared.Overall Dr. Smith and her staff are amazing and because of this practice I actually care to go to the dentist and care about my teeth.Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and will answer random dental questions.She is very sweet and she is very motherly and it's very comforting.If you are scared of having your teeth cleaned because of the scary instruments Dr. Smith is the right dentist for you.She is very gentle when working on your mouth and gentle with her words as well.I do highly recommend Dr. Smith and because she goes above and beyond I hope she can be my dentist for a very long time.Her bedside manner is amazing as well as her staffs bedside manner.Ms. Laurie/Lori is also extremely sweet and very patient.

Dr. Smith seems a wonderful dentist she knows what she doing and seems she has lots of experience. But her dental hygienist I believe was rough on my mouth and her and assistant had like 3 tools in my mouth making me choke while them just talking with out a break. Second this place accept cash so I decided to pay cash because I was going to save money. I handed full amount to the front desk lady she agree with it and went into the room saying I paid in full she gave no receipt that day. 2 days later she calls and say I was short and needed to pay more money I was confused. She said we have camera so I had no choice but paid more I guess so this was sneaky. Unprofessional not giving a receipt I trusted the office so I didnt ask for one. So if you decide to come here and pay in cash please ask for recipt always or (Lori) well mis count the money and call you days later and tell you didn't pay and not know what really happen like it happen to me.
