I was in search of a new dentist after feeling unwelcome and embarrassed at my previous spot, where I felt pressured to buy additional services. I was referred to Dr.Jo, and my experience here has been wonderful. Rebekah and Amy assisted me with scheduling and billing, making it easy to communicate and get things done. They are super nice and have a great welcoming presence in the office. All the doctors and staff took great care of me, made me feel comfortable, and educated me about my dental health. It was a positive experience overall, and I have even referred others.

I have been going to Dr Jo at Astor Smile Dental for many years now, and I would strongly recommend her. She is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. When I get my teeth cleaned, I never feel a thing, but the result is always great! She's also very flexible with her appointment times, especially when I have urgent issues.I recently had some work done by Dr Rammal in the same office, and he was also very nice and did a great job. I also like that I never feel pressured to get cosmetic procedures I don't want--if I have a question or concern, they address it thoroughly, but I've never felt like they are recommending something just to make money (like I feel some dentists do). All the staff at the clinic are also very kind every time I go.I have been to many dental offices before, and I think this is the best one I've ever had! I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist, and I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Dr Jo and Astor Smile is the only dentist that we trust. Even after leaving NYC a couple of years ago, we still see Dr Jo when we visit the city because they are the best; great service and patient care, and Dr Jo always gifts us great advice on how to maintain good dental health! Everyone is very nice and polite. Office is clean. Minimal wait time. Great bedside manner. Dr. Rammal is an amazing dentist. He saved my tooth so that I didn’t have to get a root canal. Thank you to Amy and Dr. Jo also! Great staff! Very satisfied with my visit each time.
