Upon arrival at the dentist office. I informed the receptionist that before any thing it’s done, X-rays, exam for dentures I want to make sure my insurance covers it.The receptionist returned with my insurance card, stating it was fine. Then informed me upon my departure, that I was being billed for the exam.I have been trying out for three years to get a top plate denture… I continually run across the same experiences every time!Is there any dental practice out there that is honest???

I had a great experience. I’m 51 years old. I got my first tooth pulled and I did not feel a thing. It was so quick. Great place to get you’re tooth pulled..

It was a great experience even though short staffed which had me there for 3 hours to include seeing doctor and X-rays. Asked about process of getting front tooth fixed to avoid time wasted. Tooth repair now delayed because of teeth cleaning needed before fixing the tooth. Not sure why because I’m a Self paying patient.

I would avoid. Short story. I arrived on-time for an 8 am appointment. 45min from my home. After 40 min of waiting, Ifind out that they are out of net work.Two days prior I provided ALL of my insurance information. When they heard the name they said yea, we take them. The receptionist said the same thing upon arrival.On the phone call prior, I ASKED will you confirm prior to the appointment that my insurance is accepted. I was assured it would be. Customer service and simple consideration for others has gone by the wayside.
