Was my first time here. New patient visit. Staff were all pleasant. Had 18 x-rays. I assume because it's old school tech. Not mad at it. I just hope the cost is less than modern technology. We don't know because we don't see bills. They were very organized though. Their staff seemed very well equipped to do their jobs in a very great manner. We will see how the next appointment goes. I pray very great. 😃

Scheduled for a routine cleaning, was taken to the back and given x-rays immediately ( I feel just as a chance to charge me for the visit) only to be told after the fact that the hygienist was not there and no one was there to perform the cleaning. I traveled an hour for this visit and got up early on my day off to have this done on my off day and before the end of the year and the office was aware yet no one informed me before arrival or once I arrived that the very procedure I scheduled for was not taking place. I could have respected them being honest once I arrived and having the choice of proceeding with the appointment having all the details but I wasn’t even given that choice. I was baited into x-rays just so they could make a buck for the visit. It was underhanded to say the least. My trust with the company is broken.

My office visit was wonderful! I love going to the dentist now. My dentist is great! The peoples are very friendly and will do all they can to make you comfortable. The dentist are very knowledgeable and professional. They talk to and tell you everything first hand. I was afraid to go t the dentist but now I'm cool. The even make you comfortable to take theNumbing with the needle. Thanks guysHave a wonderful Thanksgiving

This was my 1st visit to Aspen Dental in North Augusta. Most of the staff was pleasant it was just one staff member who had a bad attitude, like she did not want to be bothered. My appt took a little longer than expected, the X-rays took awhile to complete but overall the experience was okay I would return and recommend Aspen Dental to my family and friends.
