The receptionist Lisa was the most unpleasant person to talk to over the phone. I called in asking for follow up paperwork and she was acting as if I was wasting her time. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not but regardless no human being should be speaking to people the way she did. I feel bad for new patients calling in and having to deal with her stank attitude. Talk about first impression.
