Another issue I had with her was when she was flossing my teeth, she kept pressing so hard every time she pressed my gums kept bleeding. she kept telling me I had sensitive gums but I never bleed when I floss myself. Also, when the doctor floss my one tooth, he was so gentle with it, he did not hurt me at all. I have nothing bad to say about the doctor because he did great. I just think the staff needs to be trained again. Also there needs to be more communication because the lady in the front made me believe that I had a procedure done which I hadn't had done. It was a very upsetting experience and my gums are very damaged, will I come back? I'm not sure the doctor was nice but I dont think I can't deal with the staff anymore. And like I said the doctor was great, very informative and very patient and understanding."
