I came here after having a horrible experience at a different dentist where I had a full blown panic attack during a filling and significant pain from that filling. I came to this office, nervous and full of anxiety. From first walking into the office, there was a sense of calm and friendliness. The front staff is amazing as well as the technicians. After speaking with the dentist, I could tell he has a lot of compassion for his patients. His compassion put me at ease. I was able to get the dental care that I needed, without having a panic attack. I am happy to say that this will be my regular dentist.

This is amazing clinic. I went to many dentist before and when l came to Allen & Washington Dental - since first visit I was pretty sure that I will do my teeth only with them. They did for me teeth cleaning and this was awesome! No pain, no discomfort (despite of I have some pain and that's why I had to go to dentist). Office experience was for 4/5. Because some of staff had a problem with communication (probably he has problems with ears) but anyway I'm okay with that, that's not a big deal! Dr Karen is amazing! He always comes to the front desk to say hi and guide me in! Thank you guys for your job!

The dentists and surgeons here are skilled, but they never have enough time for you.The front office staff and hygienists bedside manner and customer service could be improved.Furthermore, I encountered some communications barriers. I speak only English, but not all of the employees that work here have excellent English.Overall, this place is OK, but I miss my old dentist office, where each and every employee made every customer feel cared for, welcomed and listened to.
