This place is horrible. I’ve had multiple appointments to have my teeth filled I have a bunch of cavities and every appt was cancelled. I call and call and call. No one answers and they won’t return your calls after leaving tons of messages. I just want my teeth fixed! Do I have to go down there just to make an appointment that they will most likely cancel???? I plan on changing to a different place asap. If you’re reading this wondering if you should go here. No you should not.

After multiple attempts over several weeks, I am still unable to talk to anyone to schedule an appointment. I never get a return phone call even though they say they will get back to you within one business day. Due to their office’s lack of communication, the tooth that needed to be extracted became infected. I had severe throbbing pain for several hours and at around 5 a.m. I drove myself to the ER. I was checked in and vitals taken, but had to leave to get ready for work. I canceled my substitute teaching assignment the next day, so I could go to the ER and not have to leave before I was seen. In all, I lost $266 in pay. Ridiculous! I was evaluated with a tooth infection and given antibiotics. I am in total shock over this! When someone did finally call me, it was only after I contacted Trillium. The rep told me someone would call me back in a few minutes. It took till the next day for a supervisor to call me. However, I was in the middle of teaching and could not talk. I requested she email me because communicating with their office is virtually impossible. I never received an email. In fact, more than once I left a message asking they please communicate with me via email or text. Of course, I received no response. I have filed complaints with Trillium and Advantage Dental and will be seeking reimbursement for loss wages in small claims court.

Staff is very friendly, but the issue is the whole company is not organized at all. They canceled my appointment without letting me know, the only reason why I was even able to come in is because another person wasn’t able to come. Completely disorganized, impossible to make appointments. But let me say this again, this isn’t necessarily a staffing issue, I’ve had positive experiences with the staff, the staff is very professional, this is more so an issue with the company as a whole.
