Love, love the staff! Everyone is always so upbeat and pleasant, from the front office up to Dr Riddlehoover. I’ve had the same hygienist for over ten years, and I can’t rave enough about Elizabeth (Liz)! She provides wonderful conversation while cleaning my teeth, and always remembers things I tell her about my family! Truly a personal experience each time.

I found this dental office through Google, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Hannah, the dental hygienist, was especially amazing. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ridlehoover and his entire team are top tier. The office and exam rooms are spotless. The staff at the desk are impeccable. Connie was outstanding. The technicians are absolutely professional and kind. Maddie was phenomenal. The good Doctor himself, is a consummate professional and his care, consideration, and knowledge are 10/10. I am thrilled to have him care for my smile. Would highly recommend.

Staff at check-in and check-out were very courteous, friendly, and professional. The doctor and his nurse attendant were equally courteous, friendly, and very professional. They all make you feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend their practice. They explain things very well and give you full picture of your dental health.

Advanced Dentistry of Augusta team is absolutely amazing! Mallory and Marissa, along with front office staff are very professional, personable, helpful and very kind! Every time I go I am not nervous. I know each time that my concerns are heard, and I genuinely feel Dr. Ridlehoover listens, takes his time. Extremely gentle and patient! I am well informed and educated each time regarding any issue. Highly recommend.
