I wish I could say better about advanced dental care of Orlando because the staff and the doctor were fantastic. My issue is that they quoted me on price for a certain set of work, I agreed to, and came back to get most of that work done and paid in full. About a month later was told I owe $1000 more for things not covered by my insurance, even though I didn’t get all the work done that was originally quoted. I called my insurance company and they told me that advanced dental care never even pre-authorized any of the surfaces so the quote they gave me was their best guess and not an actual quote.The dentist did fantastic work, the hygienist was amazing, best I ever had! And absolutely non of that matters if you give bogus quotes and then have to ask for thousands more after the fact.

I had not been to the dentist for a while. I was so nervous from my last experience that it had me skeptical to get treatment, but this team changed that perspective. The lady’s at the front desk are very kind. The hygenists are very calm and supportive. Mine was named Maggie, I believe. She is understanding, kept me informed of every step of the procedure when I asked, and was open and honest on financial discussions that needed to be made. She even went out of her way to help me laugh and keep me from becoming uneasy. She didn’t have to, but it was nice to see that she cared. The Head Dentist is also great. He only recommends what he thinks is important, discusses with you on what needs to be prioritized for treatment, and leaves your next steps up to you. No hustle. A very safe, cool, and welcoming environment. I’d definitely recommend anyone to come here.

We were seen on our scheduled appointment times and did not have extra wait time.Everyone was courteous and also very professional. Our options were clearly explained and there was no pressure to have any procedures done. No surprises !You guys are awesome !

From the staff at the desk to the doctors and the nurses to the follow up work, this practice has won the utmost satisfaction challenge. I cannot stress how talented the doctors are nor can I stress how dedicated the staff are to the comfort of the patient. I say bravo, well done and thank you for being in Orlando.

Front desk employees were very friendly.Dentist and Hygienist were gentle and also very friendly. Excellent care overall. Most of all my teeth were shining when it was all done. Thanks you for your service. I'll be back!!!
