This business messed up on insurance amounts after getting report of what payments cost and what insurance paid for, I ended up paying the larger amount using Care Credit. I was not going to go forward with another dental procedure but was told due to all the prior issues that the cost of this filling would be free. Since then I’ve received emails every month stating a balance that is still due. The past several months I was told they are waiting to see what insurance will pay and the reminder will be cleared from books. Today I was told Insurance paid what was required and the rest is owed by me. If I don’t get the answer I’ve been told tomorrow I will utilize legal counsel and look into insurance fraud by this business. After all these issues I will not return for any future work nor will I refer any family or friends to this business. I shouldn’t be the one making sure the business is keeping its word to the customer regardless of management changes. The record should have noted all prior issues and how any balance remaining was to be removed due to all the different number issues by company and prior issues of not having correct amounts insurance covered. I wasn’t told of new amounts until after receiving anesthesia. None of this is my fault and you should stand by prior words given on how I will not owe anything. Instead you only cause more stress to the customers who has done nothing wrong and all these issues would of been avoided if treatment plain had the correct numbers it should of had to begin with. PLEASE do not Use this Office. They scam with additional billing!!! 2nd time I got bad billing estimates along with having fillings fallout. I will go back to my old office prior to moving even if it’s a further drive! Reported to BBB and having insurance company look into claims and billing. 2nd time being fooled by this company will not allow it to happen again!

Ive been going to this dentist office for over 11yrs. The people r great. I wouldnt go anywhere else

I scheduled a dental cleaning appointment but I was given multiple X-ray’s which hurt by the way and a consultation for services that I didn’t need like braces. I’m all for a business making money but it’s came in for a cleaning and spent over an hour doing nothing that I needed expect a simple X-ray so that I could get the cleaning accomplished.
