I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zen Dentistry, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and quick.The office itself is modern, clean, and very well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Dec 06, 2024 · Sam MakI’ve been coming here for the past couple of years and the service is great. I like the teeth whitening with a cleaning that is offered. However, whoever manages their referral system has the worst communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I referred someone in February 2024, to this day I still have not received the referral rewards they claim to give. First they had sent it to the wrong email and didn’t correct it until October 2024 after many emails and calls to them. I still have not received it and my last email was Oct 19. 2024 with no response back from the manager Stephanie. They are extremely unresponsive, unconcerned and have terrible follow up. I will never refer another person here again.
