I have been going their my whole Dr.Zaidel is amazing with everyone, the hygienists are as well amazing and my teeth always feel amazing after they are cleaned. And as for Jill she has always been a great receptionist and is always super welcoming and friendly. She is able get you in as soon as she can even with COVID going on, and she knows all of their patients and is able to connect with them. All around a great dental office.

Shocked to see the first 2 reviews on this page. Maybe some times were moved to make way for emergencies? Dr. Zaidel's staff is as friendly and personable as they come! Elvira always makes me feel comfortable and welcome (especially because I HATE getting my teeth cleaned.) She is gentle yet thorough in her cleanings. I've had quite a few cavities and Dr. Zaidel always take the time to explain the process and make me feel at ease. As for Jill, the team is lucky to have her! Her authenticity and care for each patient is above and beyond what I've seen from most receptionists. She truly gets to know everyone who walks through the door and you can tell all of her recommendations are in the best interest of her patients. She once calmed me down during a hysterical panic attack I had after chipping my front tooth- requiring an emergency appointment. It was NOT pretty. I was a mess until Jill helped me through (my tooth looks flawless now btw). I overwhelmingly recommend this practice!

Most of my family have been going here our entire lives. For years we’ve been treated with respect by not only Dr. Zaidel himself but the hygienists and the main receptionist JILL. Don’t know how she does it with all those patients she deals with, an absolute superhero. Nothing but kindness and care all around this office. I highly recommend coming here for teeth cleanings and other mouth concerns.

Dr. Zaidel is a very good dentist, but the office is not well run. Appointments rescheduled on short notice and routinely running late for appointments that they do keep. They called this afternoon (Friday) to reschedule an appointment for Monday. I really like Dr. Zaidel, but his time is no more or less valuable then my time. I have a job, bills to pay, and a schedule to keep as well. There are plenty of dentists around without having to deal with that.

I absolutely love this dentist. I have had to reschedule and then schedule again so many times and Jill was a rockstar and always got me in even if it was last minute. I started with him as a kid and have now taken my own son to him. The hygienists are amazing and the office is always clean. If you want a good family with a staff who will remember you and even call you with reminders when its time to get a cleaning this is a great place to go!
