I went in to get a night guard since I clench my jaw at night and grind my teeth. They took an impression and a week later, I came in for my fitting. It hurt in one spot, which they altered a bit but it also didn't snap onto my right side at all. They try to adjust it more and it still didn't fit. They go to adjust again and brought it back- They had cut off two mohlers ENTIRELY. I told them I'm not going to take that- they didn't ask me if I wanted a guard that's missing two teeth of the places I specifically grind and it seems like such a crappy and underhand "fix" at addressing the issue. So they take a second impression, looked at the mold and said that they did it wrong. Time for me THIRD impression (for those who haven't had them done, it's generally a very unpleasant experience)- they said they took this one out too soon and it didn't set right. At this point, I'm kind of fed up so I say I'm done and get up- their equipment table was close enough to the chair that when I moved my foot to get up, it caught the cords and I almost ate their floor.Generally a terrible experience- when I got my first mouth guard from them and year or two prior, they also had to do the impression twice. They did give me a refund when I explained what happened and that I wasn't interested in getting a fourth impression for a new night guard.

make sure you have hours and hours to wait for the dentist. showed up at 145 for my 2 pm appointment. left at 3 because I hadnt even SEEN my dentist yet and the nurse came in to tell me I would be waiting awhile longer.Follow up, they sent me a letter dropping me as a patient because I wouldnt keep waiting for their dentist!AVOID AT ALL COST

I do NOT recommend Yes Dental. They pushed me to get unnecessary X-rays, their receptionists on occasion were unfriendly and unprofessional, the dentist told me that a tooth couldn't be saved yet I saw a dentist at another office who has saved it, their hygienist bombarded me with Fox news talking points while cleaning my teeth, a job she didn't even do that well. This place is a disgrace.

The people here are super kind and understanding about dental trauma. I was turned away by most of the dental places in town, and they were able to get me in same day, and provide me with some relief until the tooth can be removed.

Kaitlyn has been the absolute sweetest girl ever! She is so nice, comforting and actually explains what their plans are! She is good at what she does and is definitely going to go far in her career!
