Dr. James Russell Glauser is what made this business great. He sadly passed in 2017 and since then they do not care for you.I got my braces here at a young age in 2007, and my sister used to work here in that time frame as well. I saw what used to be an amazing environment so I brought my wife in and met with Dr. Glauser. He listened and had a great plan for her teeth; he was the best Dentist we've ever met. She was excited for this experience as her teeth were a huge goal for her to get done.Long story short, the year was 2017 and we recieved only 3 retainers. I was on a payment plan and decided to just pay my wife's invisalign in full. After doing so, and the company refused to get me the rest of my retainers even after countless efforts to do so. Sadly i couldnt contact the Glauser, and Williams had no interest in helping us. I paid thousands for 3 retainers, and now have to restart the process and spend more money for what I should already have had completed.
