This dental experience was one of the worst ever. The only good remark I can give would be the hygienist. She did a great job but after that appointment it was all downhill. I needed a crown on a broken tooth and all hell begun. From day one (I had appts. for the next 6 weeks for 1 crown fitting) until the day the crown was put on - I had problems. My experience was as follows; I had an allergic reaction (unfortunately in my opinion it was b/c they don't like suctioning which cause my throat to close), they cancelled an appt. on me w/o telling me (b/c I did not confirm but I did not cancel either) so I made a trip to the office for nothing, they billed for the crown way before the work was complete (I think they wanted to make sure they got paid), no temp crown was ever put in place until the permanent once came in (they could not get one to stay on) and finally the permanent crown (June 2017) was not the right crown for a molar and it fell off last week (August 2017). I knew the final crown was not going to stay on b/c they could not get the temp to stay (the dentist should have felt the same). I think they just put the crown on to get rid of me and now I am out of $700 and will have to pay additional to have the work done right. People take the low reviews serious when looking for a dentist b/c this could happen to you. Anyone can write a good review and bring up the ratings. I considered the ratings (it was wrong) and ignored the bad reviews. Who wants to pay twice for the same work.

The staff was awesome! Marshall, Vita, Rhonda and the gentleman at the front desk (sorry I didn't catch his name). Everyone was professional and informative. Dr. Wilkins was kind and gentle. Definitely returning! Great experience
