Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From Audrey checking us in and making the check in an easy process to taking us back to meet the rest of the great staff.Myself and both my kids had a cleaning appointment at the same time and they coordinated it perfectly and worked very efficiently.Tammy and Amanda ( hygienist) made both my kids feel safe and made it a fun experience . And the doctor was very kind and took the time to explain their care plan.They’re already saying they can’t wait for their next cleaning .Thank you for making it such a great experience for my little ones . You guys are all great !

I have been more disappointed with White Pine every visit. I went for a cleaning last month and it was extremely unsanitary and the previous patients information was still pulled up on the computer for me to see. The past couple of visits I have been told I have a balance on my account and I never understand why because I always pay for everything right then and there. Today I went in for some X-rays and the girl at the check out desk tried to charge me $280. She said I didn’t pay for my visit in April or last month. I literally have the bank statements that say otherwise. I have been a patient at White Pine for over 5 years but I will not be coming back.
