Every experience I’ve had with White Oak Dental has been nothing short of wonderful. The establishment is clean, aesthetically pleasing, everyone is extremely personable, and they are very technically up to date. Melissa is my hygienist, and she is the best! Very knowledgeable, and educates me on the things I need to know regarding my care. Dr. Shin and Dr. Aquino are to the point, but gentle with their approach. Going to the dentist is a vulnerable and sometimes uncomfortable experience, but White Oak Dental does a great job taking away those anxieties. My husband and I both love it there. I highly recommend them, and am glad I discovered them.

Great office. The staff that they have are very nice and professional. The office is always clean and smells clean as well! I am someone who fears going to the dentist, but this crew of staff makes it a little bit easier for me to show up.

I wish I could give ZERO STARs this review is for the “hygienist “ who is supposed to do a cleaning on my husbands teeth but before cleaning his teeth made him feel disgusting and grotesque & even had the nerve to say I didn’t realize you had no back teeth??? Who says that? Isn’t she a hygienist? Hasn’t she ever seen people with bad teeth missing teeth good teeth?You didn’t need to and look away and under your breath say, dear God that was so UNPROFESSIONAL you’re very lucky that my husband is a kind person and has thick skin… but it was still extremely insensitive and obviously it affected him if he told me about it after the visit ..you are rude unprofessional ignorant, and definitely should not be working with the public … To the dentist who owns this establishment DO BETTER.. if your staff Doesn’t have the common sense on how to treat people please educate them. Kindness goes along way. Just be a nice human beingI just noticed that I had a response back from the office. I am 100% sure I have the right place and I am 100% sure that the treatment given was awful and I still do not recommend.
