I just want to say that I typically have a great experience when I go to Wheeler clinic but when I went there September 26, this doctor completely changed my experience. Dr. Joshua Jones in med was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. I asked that my medical leave paperwork be filled out so that my job understands what’s going on with me because I was recently injured in a car accident a month ago with my two-year-old. He proceeds to say “ I can’t lie.” Then says that he has other patients to tend to completely disregarding my medical needs for my leave. When I politely asked for a supervisor from another nurse, she proceeds to get him, and I asked him why he was being very rude to me. Dr. Joshua Jones proceeds to say “ I’m trying to help you save your job and you only want this medical leave because you don’t have childcare.” Which is a lie my child has a Daycare my issues are I cannot walk or bend my knee because of the injury. I told him that was a lie explained to him, I have a daycare it’s just that I have issues walking and sitting for long periods of time due to the injury to my knee from the car accident. His disgustingly rude response was “ Well, you got here just fine.” I have never been disrespected and disgusted by the service that I received September 26. And I’m waiting for a follow up from a supervisor. To put your medical needs and concerns in the hands of people like Dr. Joshua Jones who doesn’t care and will ignore your medical concerns is plan out alarming. I’m NOT standing for it. If you can’t show compassion at your job and are going to be a disgusting individual… DO NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE. Zero stars for horrible service and disrespect as a black women in America I won’t tolerate it.

Amazing clinic! Every staff member displays professionalism, kindness, and patience. I was overwhelmed to find this clinic as I had very little money and multiple medical needs. I was welcomed into the clinic. An oasis in a society that has forgotten how to behave using common courtesy. I am very grateful.

I have been coming here with my family most of the staff the front lady’s and some of the staff I see are great I will not knock them, but because I spoke up for my family because they felt like they was not heard they belittle the client and then made there own story of what happen that was not completely true the person I spoke to seem to be completely bothered by the fact that I was complaining about how they’re employee was treating my family and because of that they decided to talk to me like I was beneath them, and because I spoke up everybody seems to be insulted and I’m wasting their time. This business is about helping people with mental health, not being the problem to their mental health that any black person that goes here and gets treated in a way that they do not like please speak up and make your voice be hurt because you are a person and you have feelings just because you have mental health does not mean that you need to be treated any type of way not even The Doctor or the Director!!!!

My visit to Wheeler clinic was very comfortable and even pleasurable a times. I was treated with respect by all of the staff. I will definitely recommend Wheeler clinic to anyone for their health and awareness needs.
