Our first visit to Western Springs Dentistry went very smoothly from start to finish. I arrived for my 1:00pm appointment at 12:30 with my son so that we had enough time to fill out our new patient paperwork. The front desk office assistant welcomed us and made us feel welcome. We were taken right on time and the staff was very friendly when they were ready for us at 1pm. The hygienist and the Dr. were very professional and clearly explained the x-rays and the exam to us. I had such a good experience with my son’s check-up that I scheduled myself for next week for a cleaning and check-up. So far, I highly recommend this dental office in Western Springs!
