Made an appointment over the phone to see if they offer Invisalign, which they said they did. Arrived at my 12 PM appointment at 11:45 and I am told that I have to fill in for a new patient form. Mind you I am here for a visual consultation which shouldn’t require any insurance information. I decide to fill out the form as they tell me I cannot go in until I do so. After I fill it all out I wait until 12:30 before they finally let me in. Mind you I am on my 1 hour lunch break. I then proceed to get X-rays which I assume are a part of the consultation to see if I qualify. I then go into as side room where the dentist shows up and begin to explain how I have gum issues because of the X-rays and how I need to get some gum treatment. This is all before I can even say what I am in for, which when I do end up telling her, she tells me that she is not qualified to determine if someone can get Invisalign and that the orthodontist is upstairs. She then continues to try and sell me on some gum products and a deep cleaning before leaving and bringing in some sales/insurance lady. This sales women proceeds to tell me about the gum cleaning procedure as if I had agreed to it in the first place, which in did not. She says that I will have to pay 1700 for it, which makes no sense backside I do have insurance. I tell her that I am here for an Invisalign consultation and tells me to show her my teeth, which I do, and then she tells me that I wouldn’t even qualify and if I did, they don’t even offer Invisalign. At this point I realize that I had been duped and am getting scammed about this whole thing. I get up, tell her that I don’t need all of this because already have a dentist I go to and she suddenly looks so disappointed. She tells me that I can leave and come back at 2 when the ortho comes back from lunch. This whole thing was such a waste of time and no one whole values their time should come here.

Dr Harris is By far, the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with he helps with my anxiety when I come in. He’s so patient so welcoming he just overall just make you feel so comfortable and I personally hate coming to the dentist, but he is personally the best dentist I ever dealt with and all of my years of life. I call him Dr. Denzel. He talks just like Denzel Washington.
