Both of my fillings came out within a year of them being in. Went in to have them checked and the dr didn’t even see me. Sent hygienist in (who was very nice) I have since found a new dentist who confirmed both of my fillings came out. Went there once for a cleaning and it went great. 2nd time was my filling and 3rd time was when my filling came out. I have not been there since and won’t return as I do not feel like the dentists techniques are very good. Hit a nerve multiple times when filling my cavities and blamed it on my nerve pattern ( this is the first dentist to ever hit a nerve and I have had other cavitites filled). Wouldn’t recommend this place as the quality of service just isn’t there, the dentist is nice though.

My family just started going there a year ago with our children. They are right around the corner from us as we live in town plot and never knew they were there. We were referred to them by the orthodontist in that plaza who spoke very highly of them. So we changed our dentist to Westside Dental. We are all very happy with their service and our wait time is next to nothing. I just had a filling replaced and two cavities done with Novocaine administered, in less than an hour. Our prior dentist in Waterbury had extremely long wait times and sometimes our appointment would be about 2 hours by time we left. So needless to say we are all very thrilled with the speediness and efficiency of our appointments here. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't forget to mention the hygienists. They are very gentle and thorough. My teenage son with braces also likes them and shares the same sentiment.
