3 of my kids went through this practice and I don't have enough wonderful things to say. The entire staff is beyond lovely and professional, and the quality of work is outstanding. It's a long way from the torture I went through as a kid. When you're around people who love their jobs, it makes even one of the most awkward times during adolescence a whole lot better. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Hello, this is from the Poudrier family. Our twin boys are just getting their braces taken off. The process was seamless and they finished on time. This practice has some of the most friendly, nice people I have ever met. I would highly recommend them for any family looking for a good experience. By the way, they send out a great Christmas card! Just wanted to post a heads up for patients of Dr. Drew. Dr. Drew had this amazing but unusual policy that once you paid the initial orthodontia fee everything was covered. My kids are now grown and live a distance away. We called to see if Dr.Menjivar saw Dr. Drew's patients and honored the fee. They said yes so both kids traveled to West Hartford to get their bottom retainers removed. After it was over they were each charged an office fee. I totally understand that Dr. Menjivar may have a different billing structure and may not be able to honor Dr. Drew's commitment. However, it might make sense to let people know up front there would be a fee, as the staff acknowledged we weren't the first with this confusion. So I just wanted to give people a heads up, do not expect services to be free just because they were with Dr. Drew.

We highly recommend WHO to all our friends. Dr. Menjivar and the staff are all so smart, patient, and kind. They were spot on with timeline for how long our oldest would have braces on for. Also a nice bonus that their office is so pretty and calming.

the best! i had my braces for a little less than 2 years. they moved quickly and it was never too much pain. i got my braces off a few days ago, and I have never been happier with my smile! i feel so great and the staff is all so kind. 10/10 experience
